ECHOES OF BATTLES & HEALING

This gladiator embodies courage forged in the arena, where strength and fate collide. His sword once broke in a war of words, but from his belt rises a ginkgo biloba leaf — unfolding like a living flame, symbol of resilience and healing. As the magical tree endures through ages, so too does his spirit. The sculpture captures this eternal moment: a warrior whose resilience and unyielding spirit remind us that all wounds, like all battles, can be overcome.

WHISPER OF
THE JAGUAR

Silent yet powerful, the jaguar emerges as a guardian of the unseen, a presence felt as much as it is observed. This sculpture captures the delicate balance between stealth and strength, portraying a creature that moves like a shadow through the dense forest while radiating an aura of timeless authority. The jaguar is both elusive and commanding, a symbol of mystery, intuition, and primal energy. In its stillness, the piece invites reflection on nature’s hidden forces and enduring spirit.

ECHOES OF
THE LABIRYNTH

The Minotaur embodies the tension between raw power and solitude. Seated in meditation, half beast and half man, it inhabits the fragile space where instinct meets mindfulness. At times, the animal self surges, yet the posture seeks stillness amid turmoil. This labyrinth is not stone but memory, an inner maze where echoes outlast flesh. The sculpture captures this paradox — instinct and reflection, myth and body, strength and isolation — holding balance between primal force and contemplative silence.

GUARDIAN OF
THE PLAINS

The rhino stands as one of nature’s most ancient and enduring figures — immense in presence, grounded in strength, and dignified in silence. In this sculpture, the animal is reimagined as a guardian spirit of the open plains, a timeless sentinel watching over the fragile balance of life. It embodies both resilience and vulnerability, carrying the weight of survival while reminding us of what is precious and must be protected. The piece speaks to strength rooted in responsibility.

THE FOREST´S FIERCE MESSENGER

The mandrill, with its vivid, mask-like face, radiates primal force. In this sculpture it is no mere animal, but the forest’s raw defiance made flesh. Grinding its teeth in a territorial display, it channels tension into power — a warning both fierce and unignorable. This is nature unmasked: wild, unyielding, and unapologetically alive, reminding us that beneath beauty lies the untamed will to survive and dominate.

THE PRICE
OF POWER

The Minotaur, once feared as the devourer of tributes within the ancient Labyrinth, is here reimagined with a modern symbol of power — a bag of money clutched tightly in its grasp. This transformation turns the myth into metaphor, recasting the beast as the embodiment of greed, possession, and the insatiable hunger of wealth. Both protector and predator, the figure compels us to reflect on the cost of power, the weight of money, and the invisible labyrinths we still wander in pursuit of fortune.

SYMPHONY
OF LIFE

Born of clay and shaped by hand, Symphony of Life celebrates the harmony between nature and human creation. Its vessels rise like organic forms of stone and root, cradling plants that intertwine with sculpted earth. Water flows and vaporates within, creating a self-sustaining mini-atmosphere. In this union of craft and life, the sculpture becomes living architecture — a testament to balance, coexistence, and the enduring rhythm of growth.

THE ART OF
LIVING.

Bringing art into your home is more than decoration — it’s a way of creating atmosphere and expressing who you are. The right piece can transform a room, adding depth, emotion, and a sense of connection that mass-produced objects can never offer. Buying art is an invitation to live with beauty and meaning every day.

INSIDE THE
STUDIO.

Clay sculpture begins with the raw earth itself, kneaded and shaped until it yields to the hand.

From rough form to refined detail, each stage carries its own rhythm — the slow drying from leather-hard to bone dry, the first bisque firing that hardens clay into ceramic, and the final finishes that give the piece its voice. What begins as soft matter gradually transforms into enduring form through patience, touch, and fire.

To complete the process, oxides and oxidation firing are often used to bring depth and character to the surface. Metal oxides such as iron, copper, or cobalt are applied to highlight textures and reveal earthy tones or subtle metallic hues. Fired in an oxygen-rich atmosphere, these treatments fuse into the sculpture, creating a living skin of color and variation. The result is not only a solid form, but a dialogue between clay, fire, and air — a harmony of material and spirit.

Danny Martin was born on a strawberry plantation in the remote countryside of Antwerp province, where his father, an ornithologist, instilled in him a deep fascination for the natural world.

Inspired by the explorers and conservationists of his youth — Jean-Jacques Cousteau and David Attenborough — he pursued a lifelong dream of venturing into the Amazon and Africa.

These journeys eventually led him to live with the Tikuna people in Colombia’s Amacayacu National Park and with the Kichwa in the Ecuadorian rainforest near Yasuní. From these experiences, photography emerged as his first artistic language, capturing the raw beauty and fragility of nature.

During the pandemic, with fewer opportunities to travel but a desire to remain creative, Danny turned to sculpture in his new home of Barcelona, under the guidance of his mentor, José. This marked the beginning of a new chapter — one where myth, memory, and the forces of nature take form through clay and stone, continuing his search for balance between instinct and reflection, wildness and stillness.
